Key West Hotels and Resorts

For some vacationers, happiness is a full-service major resort with beach, pool, bar, restaurant ... all the services and amenities that for the first time in a long time will let you feel you can kick back and let someone else be responsible and handle the details. Or it may be a hotel or motel with the same amenities but for a more modest budget. We represent the following:

Immediately on your left as you enter Key West is the Days Inn. Not your average Days Inn, this one was purchased by the Spottswood Corporation not long ago, and completely renovated. On the property are a heated pool, tropical landscaping, and 133 rooms that include: standard doubles, one bedroom suites, and handicapped-accessible accommodations. Though located on the newer part of the island, the Days Inn is still minutes from everything and an exceptional value. We should note that the Days Inn is scheduled to be redeveloped, along with several adjacent properties, into a huge new convention center. The first property in what will be a re-invented entrance to Key West is Beachside Report (see below).

Located on South Roosevelt Blvd. on the Ocean side of the island, Best Western Key Ambassador has 100 luxury rooms, some ocean front, which are refurbished regulary to give you that brand new resort feeling. Complimentary continental breakfast is served each morning. Each room has a fridge and a private balcony, the pool is heated, and drinks and lunch are available poolside.

At the Gulf end of Duval is one of the premier properties of Old Key West, the Pier House Resort and Caribbean Spa. Walking distance to the best restaurants and attractions of Key West, Pier House is a world class Caribbean resort with 128 guest rooms and 14 suites with balconies or patios. Pier House features a private beach, elegant spa rooms, a spa, restaurant, bars, and bistro in addition to a 3000 square foot conference center.

On the right as you enter Key West is the new Beachside Resort and Conference Center. Where the Holiday Inn Beachside once stood, now stands a brand new property, slated to be the first and only five star resort on the island, owned and operated by the Spottswoods of Key West. Except for holiday weekends, Beachside is offering until Christmas, 2007, an amazing introductory rate of $199 for a standard room, with no minimum stays.
